Shoulder hurting all the time?!

Question: Shoulder hurting all the time!?

I've noticed that my shoulder blade is pop in and out constantly as I move my arm!. Sometimes its painful like when I left a heavy object or if I move it a lot!. This has been going on for years but never could afford to see a doctor what do you think is the problem and what should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

me too i have the same problem on one of my shoulders!. i see the doctor and he say is arthritis, old age,Www@Answer-Health@Com
