Why does my knee keep cracking?!
Question: Why does my knee keep cracking!?
my left knee has cracked multiple times today and it's never done it before!. the cracks are very painful about a 6!.5 out of 10 when it happens then they continue to ache for about an hour afterwords!. why!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mine did that before my knee surgery!. It was a problem with the plica (material in your knee cap)!. It almost made the front lower half of my knee hurt!. You need to have it checked!. You might be doing more damage if you don't!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well are you a fat person if you are lose some weight if you are not it is because the bones in your leg are moving and it is normal just be careful and you can take medicine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
