Question: If you have to wake up @ 5AM for whatever reason!. What time would you go to sleep!?
Answers:
It depends on how much sleep your body requires!. If you're a teenager, you should get 9-10 hours per night!. So you would go to sleep at 7-8pm!.

A lot of adult men only require 6-7 hours!. They say that geniuses need less!. I know that Jay Leno gets by on 3-4 hours a night!. I don't know if he's a genius, but he's hardly ever sick, and seems real healthy, even he though eats crap!

So you have to figure out how much sleep YOUR body needs!.

To function at a normal level most people need approximately 8-9 hours sleep therefore going to sleep at around 8 or 9 o'clock should give you enough sleep however this all depends on what age you are what your regular sleeping pattern is and other thingsWww@Answer-Health@Com
