Question: Really bad left side lower stomach pains, help!.!?
My husband has had really bad pain in his lower stomach at the centre & left side since 2pm today, I think it may be bad trapped wind but have tried boiled water & it has not helped, what could this be !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's probably a gas pocket, but it may be a blockage in the intestine!. You can try Rolaids or Tums or something stronger!. In the meantime, try to get him to lie down and stretch out his left side as much as possible, this will help the intestine unkink a little!. If the pain persists for more than 4 hours from now, get him to the ER to check for blockage!. The kidney stones or gallstones usually affect the back and right side more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
