My left arm and hand fell alseep (went numb and tingling) at 12 midnight?!


Question: My left arm and hand fell alseep (went numb and tingling) at 12 midnight!?
it is now 10 a!.m!. and it has not gotten better, i cant steadily hold something with that hand/arm and it moves loosely!.!.!.i was play fighting wit my friend and he had my hands behind my back for like 20 minutes but this normally only lasts for 1-2 minutes if that!.!.!.!.whats wrong!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lack of blood supply will kill the nerves!. When your arm was held behind your back a relatively major blood vessel was probably pinched!. try to move it as much as you can, but if it continues to be like this or gets worse, see a doctor immediately or you may lose your arm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
