How to get all your medical records deleted? ?!
Question: How to get all your medical records deleted!? !?
My medical records have recently been stolen!. Luckily they were recovered, and i have know idea why someone would want to steal them!. But my question is , can i get all my medical records and keep them at home and have all others destroyed thank you for any answer!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you positive they were stolen!? In medical records it is not unusual to have a patients chart misfiled!. It can take weeks or longer before it's found!. Most offices hold hundreds of charts!. Another common thing is for a clinician to take a chart home to catch up on notes (they are not suppose to ever do this, but they do), and then it gets misplaced!.
