Question: No tolerance for the cold!?

I lived in New England my entire life!. I always loved the cold and enjoyed it, and it took a lot for me to complain about the cold!. This summer I went to Africa for 5 months for work and its pretty much always warm there, Now I am back and although It hasnt even begun the coldest of the season Im suffering!. Anything below 75 and I literally shiver insanely!. So what can I do to change, or what is wrong with me that my body has a MUCH SMALLER tolerance for the cold than it used to!?
