Put the money you would use each time to buy cigs in a jar, that way you can see the amount growing, then treat yourself to something at the end of the month, also keep telling your self how bad smoking is for you, and how much better you will feel by giving up, i have not smoked for 2 months now, and that's after 40+ years of smoking!. so good luck!. Suck mints when you fancy a cig helped me in the first few days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You just gotta get through the first 3 days!.

After that, all physical cravings are over and its all psychological, the hardest part!.

It's cliche, but one day at a time!.!.!.!.!.!.!.sometimes I was dying for a smoke late at night!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.I just went to bed!.!.!.!.!.!.woke up the next morning with another smoke free day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I chewed lots of gum, but it had to be Trident blueberry twist!. It has quite a WANG to it and helped alot, Some friends of mine tried it and had success with stopping chewing tobacco and smoking after I told them about it!. Give it a go!. Best of luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

You have to stay away from them completely, not even one little puff!. Have some carrot and celery sticks already cut up to munch on when the urge hits!. You will see the urges will spread further apart as days go by!. Hang in there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lots of chewing gum, find something to do with your hands and avoid as much as you can from where you would smoke straight afterwards!.x

Well done for giving up why not put the money you save away and take yourself for a good holiday!. chewing gum or sweets could help!. But thinking positively that's good too It will certainly improve your health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I quit 6 months ago and the best advice I can give you is to chew gum and keep busy!. I try to keep as busy as I can so I don't think about smoking!. Good luck!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
