Question: I have pain in my back (spinal column),not muscles,,and the pain exactly in the middle!?

i can not go to see doctor ,i dont have insurance so,i have to read about this subject maybe i can treat my self !.!.anyone can help me to find websites!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
