When you sit, try to roll your shoulders back instead of hunching over, and raise your head!. Back and neck pain continues when you sleep!.!.!. make sure you have enough support for your neck and you arent pinching the nerves (common with people who sleep with their arms over/under their heads)!. As for medicine, try heating pads (or a warm washcloth or bath), and they have these Bengay patches that worked wonders for me!. You could always try something more like a muscle relaxer, but that can make you super tired and groggy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lay flat on the floor on your stomach and then with your hands push the top part of your body up and hold that stretch for about 10 seconds do this about 5-6 times over

your using muscles that are week and not normally used daily and they are tight from the setting you should do things that will cause to you feel relief in this area to strenghten it for the future

I just got out of Physical therapy for the lower back pain and this was one thing that helped me the most!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most of the time, this type of pain comes from a misalignment in your spine in addition to poor posture and long hours studying!.

I would recommend that you go to a chiropractor!. They will be able to realign your spine and also give you the necessary exercises to be able to reduce you back pain!.

I wish you the bestWww@Answer-Health@Com
