Try Greg Hunter's Plantar Fasciitis site!. It's one of the newer guides that addresses specific symptoms, causes & treatment options in an easy-to-understand manner!. I've personally benefited from a lot of unconventional tips to ease my nagging foot pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I will give you the treatment that I give to patients that have the problem and it works in most cases!. Either from a long sitting position or lying down on your back have the muscles of the feet pull the front of the feet up towards the knees!. The important part of this is to keep the knees locked in a straight position!. Hold the pull for ten seconds!. Relax and repeat this ten times!. You will know that it is working as there will be a pulling sensation in the calves!. Do this right before you go to sleep at night and right before getting out of bed in the morning!. Once you have mastered this simple movement it can be done sitting or standing along with the original movements!. The more it is done the faster the symptoms will resolve!. Another movement is to squat down fully while maintaining the heels on the ground!. Do this for thirty seconds!. Initially you may need to hold onto something but with time you should be able to do this without any assist in balance!. Remember it is most important to maintain the heels on the floor!. From that squatting position move the body forwards so the knees touch the floor and the toes maintain contact with the floor!. Hold that for thirty seconds!. Lastly if you feel you can do it try the movement called downward facing dog!. This is an optional thing in this program but it does help!. Put your hands out in front of you while you are on your hands and knees!. Put the head between the arms and slowly attempt to straighten out the knees!. If the heels come off the floor at this point it is okay!. Then try to push the upper body back towards the hips!. Now if you can get to the point where the heels can be brought down to the floor it will greatly help!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
