Severe back pain....please help?!
Question: Severe back pain!.!.!.!.please help!?
Ok im 16 and for months iv had this pain between my right shoulder blade and spine!.!.its worse when i exercise or lay down or suck in!.also my whole neck feels stiff and in pain!.I have had a xray and mri that were negative!.Im in physical therapy now and its not working!.Im not sure were else to goWww@Answer-Health@Com

Tight muscles cause pain!. Muscles attach to bone and can throw off entire movement patterns!. Nerves/blood vessels pass around muscles, if a muscle is tight, they can pinch the nerve/blood vessel and cause pain!. Ask the PT if they offer massage therapy as well!. Otherwise find a good massage therapist not a masseuse

Sounds like you are doing everything you can!. You may have torn muscles, a dislocated disk if it's close to the spine, except the MRI and XRay should have caught that!. It could also be a tumor, most tumors can't be detected until they are a fully formed mass!. I would continue to push the issue and watch for any other sings (cuts not healing, overall sick feeling etc!.)
