What can I do about my back..?!


Question: What can I do about my back!.!.!?
I frequently have to pop my back several times a day because it starts aching, but I can't find a way to pop it and don't understand why my back is so bad!. My family doesn't have the money to take me to a chiropractor either so that's not an option!. I'm often having my friends pop my back, but after a little while, it starts aching again, just not as intense as before!. I'm exercising quite frequently also: I'm on my highschool cheerleading squad and run a lot just for fun!. I'm always bending and twisting, and jumping!. Could this be the cause of why my back is so messed up!?
What could I do for my back and what are some possibilities as to why its like this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not clear which part of the back is affected!. Hopefully you are stretching before you put your back to the test!. Can also do some hot soaks in the tub and do some stretches while it is limber in the tub!. Can also bend at the waist and allow your upper body to just hang for several minutes!. When you have others pop your back you're losing the ability to do this yourself and the back begins to expect frequent pops!. Might also consider strengthening accessory muscles to assist the back in carrying the upper body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Warm baths help!

&& a massager!. One of those hand massagers!.Ask your friends to rub your back and that should help!.
