Question: My friend has this weird ear sore!.!.!?
Okay well her outside of her ear started the cartilage part and she says it felt like when your skin gets really cold and when you rub it, it hurts!. Then later she discovered there was pus on her ear!.!.!. and when I saw it looked like some kind of white bump!.!. What is it!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is probably something a Doctor should look at!. The good news at since the pus is white it doesn't sound like there is infection going, but you still never know!. It's best to be cautious and have it looked at (especially given that it's something that suddenly appeared)!.
Your friend could try cleaning the sore with Hydrogen Peroxide this will clean it and it will likely bubble up (this says the peroxide is working)!. After cleaning it with peroxide try applying antibiotic ointment to it (this can be found at all drugs and comes in affordable generic form)!. Have her do this a few times a day and the sore should start healing!.
However, if it continues to bother her she should see a Doctor!.
