Question: My ankle hurts like crazy!?
i was x-treme, & i fell over this circular-thing!. i fell on the side of my foot, & it hurt like crap!. it's been a while now, but it still really hurts!. idk what 2 do, it hurts like crappp! >:|

OK is it swelling!? ice pack it for 30 min and then get a wash cloth run hot water over it heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds and ut it on your ankle for 2 min then ice pack it again for 15 min can you walk on it!?!? also try to take Tynol or advil if it still hurts call your nearest 24 hour pharmicy like walgreens and ask what else and what medication you can take and use!. i did that in kindergarden and now it dosent hurt but you should let it rest and keep weight off of it and take some pain killers but dont walk on it!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
it's probably sprained apply ice and heat alternating between the two(learned that from therapy),and elevate it !.Therapy is good to if it's really badWww@Answer-Health@Com
