no matter what i do they all ways get hurt, im 16 and i really dont want to have surgery, any tipsWww@Answer-Health@Com

You didn't say what you're doing, but at 16 you should know that knees are not very strong!. Huge numbers of football players are permanently crippled by knee injuries!. Even running can damage your knees if you're not careful!. If you're into sports, learn about your knees and how to protect them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
How are they getting injured!? I'm not completely understanding what the question is about!.!.!.
From what I've experienced which is a lot , I've already had knee surgery on both of my knees because I tore my muscles!.!.!.!. Not a fun thing, but in my mind, it was well worth it!. Crazy, I know!. Yes my knees hurt some of the time and maybe during exercise or activities but after wards the stretching always help out and a nice warm bath, and more stretching after that!.!.!.!.!.

You need a sports med rehab/physical therapist to help you strength the quads and show you exercised to strength the muscles/tendons and calves!. You'll pay for this later, with knee scope surg/torn acl or arthritis or just chronic pain!.!.!. try some swimming!. don't over do exercises and don't buy knee supports over the counter, some PT's can show you how to do this accurately and you need to keep your back/abd strong!.!.!.!. good luck!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I had the same problem!. The best strengthening exercises I have found are stretching like as if you are a ballerina!.!. keep your leg straight and lift it off the floor as high as you can go without bending your knee!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
