Pain in the left testicle?!

Question: Pain in the left testicle!?
i think its pain in my left testicle, kinda hard to tell though!. Seems like its right near my left nut or in the joint of my leg!. Its not severe, but it is enough to notice!. It comes and goes and seems to only show up when im thinking about it!. I also have pain up into my lower stomach when by ball aches!. I havent found any lumps but i did just discover the tubes and veins running up from the testicle!. I wasnt sure what they were so i kinda checked my balls about every 5 mins for lumps and have been checking about 3-5 times a day since!. There also wasnt any pain before i found the tubes and started checkin for lumps so i think it might just be tender from touchin them too much!. Im not really concerned about cancer since there isnt a lump, but what else could it be!? Im not a big fan of goin to the doctor b/c mine is a lady and very hot!. I just dont wanna get "excited" around her if you know what i mean!. I kinda have a dirty mind so me sittin naked on the table just brings up memories of those dirty videos i sometimes watch and might not be able to stop myself from poppin a woody!. I am going though but just wanted some ideas of what to expect!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've had similar pains like that before but they werent as frequent just a once in awhile kind of thing!. I know about the whole female doctor thing mines cute too she checked my nuts once after I had surgery on my inner thigh after an accident playin football and I panicked the whole time!. Find a male urologist or sumthin if the pain continues Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could possibly be testicular cancer but you may want to do a self exam and feel for lumps before you jump to any conclusions!. If the pain continues you may want to see a doctor or if the pain starts shooting up your abdominal area you should go to a er!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

How old are you!? You should go to see a doctor, i'm not sure whether its a sign of benign prostate but here's the info!.
Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) also known as nodular hyperplasia, benign prostatic hypertrophy (technically a misnomer) or benign enlargement of the prostate (BEP) refers to the increase in size of the prostate in middle-aged and elderly men!. To be accurate, the process is one of hyperplasia rather than hypertrophy, but the nomenclature is often interchangeable, even amongst urologists!. It is characterized by hyperplasia of prostatic stromal and epithelial cells, resulting in the formation of large, fairly discrete nodules in the periurethral region of the prostate!. When sufficiently large, the nodules compress the urethral canal to cause partial, or sometimes virtually complete, obstruction of the urethra which interferes the normal flow of urine!. It leads to symptoms of urinary hesitancy, frequent urination, increased risk of urinary tract infections and urinary retention!. Although prostate specific antigen levels may be elevated in these patients because of increased organ volume and inflammation due to urinary tract infections, BPH is not considered to be a premalignant lesion!.
Adenomatous prostatic growth is believed to begin at approximately age 30 years!. An estimated 50% of men have histologic evidence of BPH by age 50 years and 75% by age 80 years!. In 40-50% of these patients, BPH becomes clinically significant!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
