Could I have a shin splint?!
Question: Could I have a shin splint!?
My calf hurts just below my knee! I haven't done any hard exercise all I did today was walk around at a christmas thing in my sketchers!. My feet were hurting after walking on them awhile but didn't think anything of it cause usually if I walk on my feet awhile they hurt! Www@Answer-Health@Com

NO from what I read!.!.it does not sound like a shin splint
U could have just bruises and made the knee/calf sore from the fall
I would exercise on it too much until u get to the dr!.!.!. u don't no what kind of damage could of been done w/ the fall

Are you usually exercising or something!? I had shin splints for about 2 months once!. You get rid of them by taking a break, which I now can because the season ended!. If this just randomly started today and you don't usually exercise, I don't think it would be shin splints!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
the shin splints i get usually hurt in my shins!. not my calf!. try maybe stretching out your calves and see if that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
