Answers:
first thing is first!.!. the impactsa guy doesn't really know what he's talking about (as he admitted in the first line of his message!.) The vast majority of people do not get the nutrients they need from their daily food intake!. In fact, most of our diets are highly deficient in nutrients!. Having protein before, after, and during a workout are excellent things to do!. I will get to this!.!.!. let's see if I can answer your questions in order!.

1!. After working out, your muscle begins to repair and thus grow almost immediately!. I'm not sure how much you know about muscle growth, but when you work out you essentially put tiny tears all over your muscle!. Your body works to repair these tears and repairs them stronger and bigger than they were before!. This is how we gain strength and mass!. So to put it simply, it starts to grow immediately!.

2!. I'm assuming you mean 30 g per shake because 30 mg is an incredibly small amount!. A general rule of thumb is that you should have 1 g of protein per kg of lean body weight (AKA, weight without fat!.) Also!.!.!. do not try to have all of this protein in one serving!. It is good to have a good portion of it after a workout, but also have a little before a workout and spread throughout the day!. Your body cannot use it in mass quantities at once and will excrete the remainder as waste!. This will also hurt your body functioning!. Make sure you spread your protein intake throughout the day, but like I said, have a good portion of it after your workout!.

3!. Soreness is tough!. Some times you are sore because your muscles are in a degenerated state and they need to be rested!. Other times you are sore due to DOMs (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) in which case you just need to have a good warmup and you'll be safe to continue working out!.

A good rule of thumb is to never work the same body part out two days in a row!. This would mean if you do leg presses one day, don't go running the next!. However, if you do leg presses one day and you're still sore two days later!. Give yourself a good warmup and then go for a run!.

Aerobic exercises can take any form!. If you are doing an exercise at a rapid pace, your heart rate is up and you're breathing heavily, chances are that you're doing aerobic exercise!.

I like to do a form of aerobic exercise where you do one jumping jack, squat (with good form), put your hands on the ground, kick your legs out behind you so you're in a pushup position!. Do a pushup!. Bring your legs back in, stand up, repeat!. If you look up "burpees" you'll get a better idea of what I'm talking about!. But be creative!. You can incorporate almost any form of your favorite exercise into aerobics!.

Happy Training,

well i really havent exercised a day in my life and i am perfectly fine overweight but fine but the protein shakes i no a little something about those kinds of shakes as well as other energy drinks (monster, rockstar, vitamin water which i drink, and others) are really only ment for the people who have difincies who dont get enough from food because normal people get enough of that stuff from food they eat and if u got to much of it it makes u bigger and also hurts ur liverWww@Answer-Health@Com
