How much damage could you do to a knee?!

Question: How much damage could you do to a knee!?

if you fell on your knee and it twisted and then a year later you fell on your knee again and hurt it!?

Would that make your knee worse or do something different to it!?

I don't know what I did this time but I can't move it much but it does hurt!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I remember this being bad last year!.!. and a re injury to an old injury is worse than the first time!.!.
There are all kinds of things that could be hurt!.!. better let the pro's do the diagnosing!.!. I hope u will be better soon!.!. Christmas is coming!.!.
