Q about walking & jogging pain management ?!


Question: Q about walking & jogging pain management !?
iv been walking and jogging, up hill one way, for months but at times my legs feel like they were run over by a big A$$ truck

iv heard that soaking in ice water helps, so should i soak my legs in a bucket of ice water after every jog n for how long!?

Or could a heat rub balm/cream do the same thing!?

any other suggestions would help!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Muscles hurt when they don't get the nutrition they need (they are being torn down but not rebuilt fast enough)!. Heat will relax muscles, and ice will reduce swelling and numb the pain, but neither of them will fix the problem, so if you go that route you will have to do it more often, but wouldn't you rather just not have the problem!?
