Sorry to hear that you're feeling so sick!! I would try tea with honey in it for the swollen throat!. If you haven't seen a doctor yet, it's time and if you have a temp of 103-104 you need to call asap!.

Try drinking Propel or Gatorade instead and drink about HALF as much!. Fifteen bottles of water is ENTIRELY way too much honey!! A person is supposed to drink about a gallon of water a day over a period of hours!. 8 glasses of 8oz of water!. How many oz!. are in your bottles!. If you are drinking 15 bottles of 16oz of water a day, that is almost double the amount that's suggested!. And it's dangerous!.

My grandma yelled at me for drinking 10 in one day (I was exercising a lot that day)!. It can cause water tox in your brain and cause seizures and death!. Too much water washes out all the electrolytes in your body which is dangerous!.

Water intoxication (also known as hyperhydration or water poisoning) is a potentially fatal disturbance in brain functions that results when the normal balance of electrolytes in the body is pushed outside of safe limits by over-consumption of water!.[1] Normal, healthy (both physically and nutritionally) individuals have little to worry about accidentally consuming too much water!. Nearly all deaths related to water intoxication in normal individuals have resulted either from water drinking contests, in which individuals attempt to consume more than 10 liters (10!.5 quarts) of water over the course of just a few minutes, or long bouts of intensive exercise during which electrolytes are not properly replenished, yet massive amounts of fluid are still consumed!.
