Low back pain....................!

Question: Low back pain!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
Answers:
See your health care provider as soon as possible, if significant pain persists beyond a week!.
Pain due to muscular strain is usually confined to the back!. Occasional it may extend into the buttocks or upper leg!. Pain that extends down the leg to below the knee is called sciatica, and suggests pressure on the nerves as they leave the spinal cord!. Sciatica often responds to home treatment, but the following symptoms mean that immediate help from a doctor may be required!. Heat applied to the affected area will provide some relief!. You may take acetaminophen, aspirin, ibuprofen as long as you feel significant pain!. And good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That sounds like a muscle sprain, particularly the part about pain when you lean to the left!. When you lean to a certain side, gravity acts to push that side further out!. The muscles of the opposite side contract to hold you upright!. For an analogy, think of guy wires holding up a flagpole!. The wires on the left side prevent the pole from falling to the right and vice-versa!. Unless this has been bothering you for a long time (more than two weeks), just take it easy for a while and it will go away!. If this is something more long-term, a chiropractor would be able to help you figure out what's wrong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be muscular, could be an injury to the disc!.

Do not go to a chiropractor first!. A chiropractor is very good in some situations, but in others, spinal manipulation can worsen the problem!.

See your general practitioner first!. Then go from there!.

go to a gp and see if they will send you for x-rays!. it could be an inflammed disc or a curvature of the spine/scoliosis or swayback!.

if it is muscular, a chiro will help but try instead swimming and gentle streching to strengthen the muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be a few things like injury or early arthritis so u need to c a doctor!. In the meantime use thermal back supports to ease pain & speed up healing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
