Question: Should I listen to my doctor and stay home or my teacher and go to school!?
I was 2!.5 credits short this year to graduate because I got very sick last year and couldn't do school!. I am in an accelerated thing where I do the work for an entire year in a much shorter amount of time in order to walk with my class during graduation!. Well, I have missed a lot of days already this year!. I got 4 1/2 credits done with only 2 left to do before January 16!. I got into a car accident where I was rear ended 2 days ago!. I went to the doctor!. They looked at my neck which is hurting and said that I have whiplash and that I should stay home today and tomorrow definitely and possibly friday!. I also got x-rays taken but I don't know the results of those yet!. The teacher at the school said I will never finish my credits if I miss anymore school even though I went there on November 18th, missed probably 9 days of school, and already have 4 1/2 out of 6 1/2 credits done!. I missed school from being sick and having a terrible migraine for 7 days!. I don't know if I should listen to my doctor and not go or listen to the teacher and go to school!. I agree with the other two people!. Your pain could get worse and then you may have to miss more than 3 days of school!. Trust me there are always ways to make up the credits!. Hope you feel better and merry xmas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You should always listen to your doctor!. The work at school can always be made up!. See if a friend or someone from school can bring you your work or if your teacher could e-mail it to you!. If you dont' listen to your doctor, you could injure your self worse and miss even more school!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well you finish school and die or you could just relax, get your doctor to sign a note saying you can't go to your councilor or dean present the letter and you can get back to class and you can remake up your missing points!. yay!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would still go to school!. If you go to school then you will have a better chance of graduating!. You will miss only two days so whats the point of even staying home!? Hope I helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Who has your best interests at heart!? Or who has their own interests at heart!? I would say your doctor is looking out for your health!. If you don't go to class and don't complete the credits, it might make your teacher look bad!. Programs like yours gets money based on graduation rates, attendance rates, whatever!. So there is some incentive for your teacher to convince you to come to class!. As for your doctor, what would he/she gain if you stayed home!? He/she would probably get more money if you went out and hurt your neck more and needed more doctor visits!. Graduation ceremonies are really not that big of a deal!. When you graduate you can have a big party instead!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Just go finish your class!. The doctor is only telling you to stay home because he is required by law to say that, if he told you to "do what you want" and you went to school and hurt yourself even more, you could sue him because "he told you it was alright" So just go and finish your classes, its not like your going to be running around, your just sitting in a desk doing your work, you'd just be laying around at home anyway!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
