My shoulder makes a strange but painless sound?!

Question: My shoulder makes a strange but painless sound!?
Whenever i rotate my left shoulder, it feels like my scapula is scraping against another bone, that's what the sound resembles!. I'm not sure what's going on, but the sound is freaking me out, it's like bone on bone being rubbed together, but it's painless and hardly noticeable!. So each time that DOES happen, i just feel like its a little hard to breathe!.!.just for like a millisecond, it doesn't bother me in any way!.!.i'm just hoping it's not something risky!.
I just don't wanna act all alarmed and go to the doctor, because it's just something minor!.

I'm just wondering if there's any chance you might know what this could be!. So don't tell me that i need to go to the doc, because i'm aware of that!
Thanks a bunch :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
If it doesnt hurt, you should be fine!. Your scapula and clavicle (collar bone) make up the shoulder girdle which the base of the movement in the shoulder!. So, it would be your clavicle making this noise!. That is sometimes caused by tightness/weakness in the pectoralis major/minor and the subclavian!. Doing pushups, or if those are to hard, push ups against that wall, should strengthen this and make the noise go away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
