Question: Help me please I'm cold, shaky and dizzy and I cant breathe when I start to fall asleep!?
I was trying to go to sleep and I got frozen cold and curled up with my head propped up to fall asleep!. Ten minutes later I wake up panicking because I stopped breathing!. My mom gave me some nyquil and sent me back to bed!. Three hours later I'm dizzy shaky and can't sleep for fear I'll die in my sleep due to unaware suffocation!. Someone please tell me what to do! My parents dont believe me that something is seriously wrong!.!.!. I even woke my dad up a minute ago while he was sleeping!.!.!. but he told me to go back to bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What you can do is to think relaxing thoughts which works for me!. In fact, I learnt that in a person's mind, there cant be 2 thoughts!. So if your thought is predominantly positive, your situation will gradually improve!.
Alternatively you can exercise!. If you do regular exercise, it is going to be easy for you!. But if you don't, perhaps this can be a good start to remove your attack!.

You were having a panic attack!. If they continue see a doctor for some light medication!. I have them bad so I take ativan and it helps relax me and I fall asleep !. I know they scare you !.!.take deep breaths and count to 10 a few times!. leave a night light on !.!.that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You probably need to have a sleep study done!. It sounds like you might be suffering from sleep apnea!. Sleep apnea is a condition where an individual has pauses in breathing during sleep!. You might be waking yourself up when you stop breathing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
