I just got a good BP monitor!. I wonder if I should take my BP sitting or laying down on the bed!? Thanks

When I lay down the BP is like 10 point lower!. So what should I consider as my BP the sitting or the lay down!? Right now it is 142/95 sitting and when I lay down it drops to 130/85Www@Answer-Health@Com

For the best reading take it laying down with your arm level to your heart!. After you take your reading if you choose to take another make sure you wait at least 5-10 min in between readings and your rest or relax!.!.
