I don't know if it'll help Much, but try massaging your stomach in clockwise circles!. It's the direction your body digests food, and massaging your abdomen will help get the blood flowing and digesting at an optimum level!. It's similar to massaging the scalp, resulting in higher blood flow and stronger, healthier hair!. Another thing to try is moving a lot!. I was reading a medical advice column a while ago where the woman was having trouble with gas and felt bloated!. He advised that she do some bending - touch your toes, lay back on your bed with a pillow or two under you back, touch your toes, etc!. I don't know if this will result in much of a difference for a noticeably flatter stomach, but good luck none the less!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
