Elbow Pain After Weightlifting?!


Question: Elbow Pain After Weightlifting!?
i lift weights for 3 hours a day, three days a week, mostly with dumbbells, curls and such and lately i have been having elbow pain afterward, i put ice on it after i am done, it isn't a horrible pain but i notice it especially doing certain curling routines, what should i do to alleviate it!?

i actually notice it more when i hold off on the weights for an extra day or so rather than continuing my routine, very weird!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lessen the hours on lifting, your may be tearing muscles or something cuasing joint pain and also reduce the weightWww@Answer-Health@Com
