Are my puppy and myself going to be okay?!

Question: Are my puppy and myself going to be okay!?
I'm a dummy and left my car running in the closed garage (attached to the house) this morning for ten minutes when I went back inside to grab some stuff for work!.!.!. I then locked my puppy in the laundry room (the room attached to the garage, but inside the house) and then left for work!. I started to think "okay, that probably wasn't a good idea" so I cracked my windows on the way to work!. I have a tiny headache right now (although that could be psychological)!. Can carbon monoxide poisoning show up later on!? In addition, I'm starting to worry about my puppy that I left in the laundry room!. Although the door between the garage and laundry room is shut!. Does anyone have anything insightful to help me out or calm my nerves!? Thank you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Carbon monoxide as you know is orderless etc!. However, when someone has suspicions of carbon monoxide poisoning, they usually go outside in the air and all will ok!. Except, if you have long term exposure!. I will give you an example that was on the news here today!. A family in the Mid West, all started getting headaches, nausea, just plain awful feeling!. The mother thought they were all coming down with flu until her son passed out and hit the floor!. She called 911 and when she told them of her symptoms, they told her to get everyone out of the house because it was carbon monoxide!. When the rescue got there, all were brought to the hospital and put in hyperbolic chambers because the carbon monoxide deprives your blood cells of oxygen!.!. They were exposed this for at least 4 days before these symptoms really got bad, that why they were put in the chambers because it had been so long!. The doctor told them they were extremely lucky because most people would not have lasted that long But because they all left the house in the morning and no one was home during the day, it took longer!. When they checked her furnace, sure enough, it was leaking carbon monoxide!. You and your puppy were only in the car a short time!. Not long enough for any harm!. Your puppy is in the house, away from the garage and your car is with you!. The puppy will be fine and so will you!. At least you recognized your mistake and opened the window!. If you feel real uncomfortable, then by all means, call your doctor and see what he/she says!. I really think you will be alright though!. PeaceWww@Answer-Health@Com

You are probably worrying to much!. You and your dog will be fine!. That's all in your head!. I once left the car running for say 15 minutes!. I tuned out just fine!. Your dog may be a little woozy when you get home!. But altogether you'll be fine!. You are just suffing from a bit too much heat!. I mean leaving you car running can do that!. Your headache is because of the pressure of your worry, and some of it is probably from the pressure of the heat!. Athough you may not feel it, the heat!. I hope this helps!.
Now quit being such a worrywart!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
