Question: Knock on head able to damage brain!?
If someone were to slap you upside the head with reasonable force, does it actually eliminate permanent brain cells!? Considering the fact that there is no swelling or bruising around the affected area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not likely unless it is with blunt force or an object!. To damage brain cells you would need to have a major stroke that damages brain cells!. You would more likely end up with a concussion or a broken ear drum!. In the event that this should happen, go see a doctor or emergency room immediately!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My advice is to not worry about it!. Me and my friends always muck around and do things like that and i'm still one of the top in my year so i don't have brain damage!. I have also fell about 8ft and landed on my head and there was no damage and i fell out of my pram when i was a couple of months old and landed on my head and i'm fine so i don't think you should have anything to worry about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
