Question: Stomach Hurts Still,ugh Help :(!?
Hello,my stomach hurts really bad ,i really dunno whats wrong,but i was hoping maybe you guys could help me out a little ,okay well i feel constipated all the time and my stomach feels really hard all the time because of feeling constipated, ugh i'm also on birth control, i'm really stressed and i dunno why,Im scared it might be something scary,but im not eligible to go to the doctors right now if you guys could help me that would be great thank you and happy holiday's!Www@Answer-Health@Com

3!. Take 3-4 fiber tabs per day

IBS Maybe!?!? it can consist of constipation or/and diarrhea!. I have the diarrhea one!. you should really try more fruits and vegetables or get a laxative at your local Walgreen's!.
IBS is caused by stress mainly and improper diet!. i suggest you see s gastroentologist(stomach doctor) if the laxative does not work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
