Why does it hurt to punch my thigh?!


Question: Why does it hurt to punch my thigh!?
Ive noticed that when I lightly punch my thigh, it hurts more than it should!.!.!.

Also, the middle of my back is hurting, and my thighs hurt too!.

I am 16 yrs old, and running track for school!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

running track, this is the reason!. you just have strained your muscles while running!. take rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you probably have a pulled muscle!. or a bruise did u fall!? the best thing is to take a muscle relaxer and maybe ice it :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
