Lower back pain can be several things from disk problems, to stenosis, to sciatica, to sacro-iliac dysfunctions, to length-tension problems around the hip and lumbar musculature, to trigger point in the gluteal muscles, SI-ligaments, PSOAS, or external rotators of the hip!.

It would be foolish and unethical for anyone to give you an explanation of what your problem is without being there to properly assess and evaluate you and determine the situation!. You need to seek a professional that can sit down with you and help determine what is going on!.
