Question: Could sleeping with a bar of soap help back pain!?
i've heard that if you sleep with soap in between the sheets in your bed, it makes the back pain go away!. my dad has very bad back problems!. is it true that it helps!? can you give me any links on how to do this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, that would have no value whatsoever, other than to push on his back and cause a soap indent when he gets up in the morning!.
Dad has bad back problems from something else!. Can he sleep on a heating pad!? And is he ready for a new bed perhaps!? Does he perform work where he uses his back all day!? He really should have his back evaluated as it is the only one he gets in his lifetime!.

My family and I swear by this for muscle cramps! Put a bar of Irish Spring in your sheets!. It only works for a few weeks, so you have to keep changing the bar!. I used it for leg cramps when I was pregnant and my dad uses it for leg cramps, too!. Give it a try, it certainly can't hurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
