Weird back, shoulder and chest pain..(long)?!

Question: Weird back, shoulder and chest pain!.!.(long)!?
While I was pregnant I had this weird pain that started in the left side of my back, went up into the left side of my neck and shoulder and into the front side of my chest!. It felt like something was broken and whenever I would breathe, it was worse!.

So I went to the ER and they checked my D Dimer levels to see if it may be a clot or something even more serious!.!.!.!.(I guess D Dimer could mean a lot of different things) It was positive so they decide to do some type of nuclear medicine scan (I don't remember what it was called but it was not and MRI or a CAT SCAN)!. Nothing showed up on it so they said it must have been some sort of muscle spasm!. that I was experiencing!.

Well eventually it stopped doing that!.

Now my son is 3 months old and on Tuesday it started coming back!. (and I cannot recall lifting or moving anything that would have caused this, besides my son!.!.!.!.but I left him the correct way)!. It started lightly in my back and shoulder!.!.!.kinda sore and yesterday it started FULLY hurting like last time only about 10 times worse!

Whenever I go to lay down or bend or anything it is BAD and it woke me up all night!. It also hurst to breathe, cough, sneeze, all that normal stuff!.

Did this happen to anyone else while pregnant and continued!? Also, does this sound more like a pulled muscle or that something is seriously wrong!? I want to go to the ER again but I don't want to get sent home with the same "pulled muscle, here are some painkillers" diagnoses!.

I am posting this in both the newborn and baby and pain management!.!.!.!.!.in case it pertains to being pregnant!.!.or post pregnancy!.!.!.or anything like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
