Believe it or not, drinking warm water to bathe away the germs does help!.Try 6 oz every hour!. Gargaling warm lightly salted water works!.
Also if you can call a few grocers, or health food stores, a tea called Throat Coat Tea works well!. The brand I prefer is Traditional Medicinals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would not drink cold water - Try gargling with warm salt water - this usually helps - Are you on any antibiotics!? You also may need some throat lozengesWww@Answer-Health@Com
Drink lots of water and maybe get some throat soothing sweets like Soothers or lockets, it might take the pain away but if not maybe go to the doctors and get it checked outWww@Answer-Health@Com
