It is ok not to drink loads of water so long as you are getting other fluids from juice, tea etc!. Us humans lose a lot of water from our bodies every day due to sweating, peeing, when asleep and so on hence we need to keep hydrated to replace the lost fluids!. When people don't get enough water they can feel pretty unwell- headaches, tiredness, dizziness!. a way to check if you are getting enough fluids is to look at the colour of your urine- if it is dark in colour you are dehydrated and need to drink more, if it is almost clear then you are getting enough water!.

You are probably dehydrated but i have heard that migraines can be hereditary!. when you get a sore head try and up your fluid intake and before taking painkillers and it should go away!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
