When i sing my throat hurts?!


Question: When i sing my throat hurts!?
ive notcied lately when i start to sing eventually my throat and jaw hurts!. i think im straining my voice but i dont no how to stop it!. does anyone know how to stop from my throat a jaw hurting when i sing

It will start out like that if your not used to singing all the time,your basically strengthening your vocal chords,Just growing pains it's normal eventually you won't get these pains Just have to put up with it now,Don't sing so much when it hurts have a few days break & drink plenty of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
