Back of my legs really hurt?!
Question: Back of my legs really hurt!?
Well i have had the flu and a cold for one week so i have just rested sat there walked maybe 500 steps in a whole week now when I'm getting better i cant stretch i find it hard to move i cant run i play football nearly everyday so i can't do that but when i sit down i get pain in the backs of my legs like I'm stretching and when i do it really hurts

The muscles tighten up a bit when you are sick and laid up, but also you get a little dehydrated and when that happens the muscles tighten up more!. Make sure to drink lots of water and juice or soup!. You also might need a little more time to recover from the flu since it affects your whole body!. You are going to have to work back up slowly until the muscles regain their flexibility!. Take it slow - it might be a couple or three weeks before you are back to where you were before getting sick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
