yes it hurts ,,the needle is not new so its not sharp anymore and its not clean so it got stuff sticking to the outsides and it hard to push through the skin and the vein,,the drug is very harsh but once you get past all that i hear its great stuff and it makes you feel so mellow that when its over you will sell your microwave for another hit or you moms or brothers ,,Www@Answer-Health@Com
