Go to your Dr ASAP or ER!.I worked for a urologist for 10 year and this is something that you shouldn't play with (no pun intended) it could be a testicle that has twisted and it is serious you can lose it because blood supply is restricted to this area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
my husband had this same problem one time and they checked him for twisting of the testicles, hernia, prostate problems !.!.!. a very intimidating list of serious things it could be!. you really need to go to the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
