I have a really bad cold too, I've had it for four days now, I have a runny/stuffy nose, couphing a lot, congestion, chills, fever, etc!. and i had to go to school for two days with it!. It wasn't too bad, but warm showers robitussen syrup soup and sleep really help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
as for the headache you should take some paracetamol eg panadol, herron etc if the pain is really bad you can take panadine or panadine forte <<stronger of the 2 it would fix ya headache as for the nose try a tablet called fenergan i used to get sinus in my nose and it clears it right up hope that helped oh and if u have vix vapor rub get a spoon of that and put it into a bucket of boiling water put a towel over ya head and breath in the air its strong as hell bit it will fix the problem :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
Take some cold medicine, drink some tea, and unless you have a huge test that you can't make up, stay at home and keep warm!. You just have a cold, but depending on how your treat it, it could stay for a day or two or for weeks like mine!. :/Www@Answer-Health@Com
You might try Clairtin for the stuffy nose and Tylenol for the aches and pain!.
