My bronchitis is starting up!. My nose is stopped up, I keep coughing, my throat's itchy, and my voice is starting to go a little bit!. Also I keep getting Flem in my throat that I have to spit up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Steam! Get a bowl of hot water and a large bath towel!. Place the bath towel over your head and then place covered head over steam, then inhale deeply!. Make sure you have some tissues to hand for the phlegm!. You can also add something like Vick's to the water which will help, however be careful, do not burn yourself!.
