Question: Make the most out of my workout!? !?
ok i plan to start going to the gym when my exams over, i want to make the most out of each workout, apart from protien shakes, anything else i should take (thats beneficial, and not steroids) which will make the most out of work outWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eating high carb meals directly after working out!.
Like within the first 30 minutes of working out!.
Because when you work out your muscles are being stressed and shrink!.
You need to eat alot so they will absorb the nutrients from food and grow!.
Allow your self 1 - 2 days to recover after each workout!.
You don't grow during the workout but you grow during the recovery process the next day!.
So eat ALOT during recovery if your trying to get big!Www@Answer-Health@Com
