I get at least 9 colds every year and when I get them they last for like 2 weeks and usually give me a chest infection!.

No, that's bad!. You need to get your immune system tested and also build up your immune system, since you are apparently very susceptible to this!. Try washing your hands frequently with soap and hot water, don't touch your face, eyes, or nose!. Take a good multivitamin every day, and start taking Ester C - start out with 2,000 milligrams a day and go up from there!. You can't take too much C, it just washes out of your body!. Make sure you are getting enough rest, exercise, fresh air and sunshine every day, and eating a healthy diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
