Question: I have contact lenses trouble!?
I want to use contact lenses, but the problem is every time i try to put a contact in I start blinking a lot!. Any help on how to fix this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hold your eye open! i did this when i first started with contacts now im a pro=D!.!. pull the top and bottom of your eye open(pull on your eyelashes if u need)!.!.and you may have to try more than once, i no that when i try to put my contacts in when my eye is kinda dry it comes as a shock of cold solution and i have to blink!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Just keep practicing!. When you put one in, just stare at something to take away the focus of something being put in your eye!. Sometimes that helps because you are not looking in the mirror!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
