I agree with cowgirl nurse you must have misunderstood something the doctor said I can think of no reason they would only take half of an appendix out!. You need to contact the doctor/hospital and ask for the facts again if you feel happier take some one with you when you ask for more informationWww@Answer-Health@Com
This sounds fishy to me!. Doctors ALWAYS tell you what they have done surgically and they NEVER take out half of an appenidx!.
