Question: Any Cures For Aching Muscles!!?
I played a lot of badminton yesterday and i am paying for not warming up today! Every muscle in my body is aching like mad! Anyone know cures!? I have tried hot bath, cold bath, wintergreen spray!.!.!. Please help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

a nice hot bath and then use a icepack every 20 min then a heating pad another 20 min and keep switchin off this works well for me and im a catcher for softball so i think it will help youWww@Answer-Health@Com
