Question: Soreness remedy please help!?
Yesterday I tumbled for the first time in 3 years!. Mywhole body aches!. Can barely move!. Every inch of my body is sore!. Any remedies!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hot baths and pain medications like Ibuprofen and muscle relaxers!. Rest as much as possible!. Best to you young lady and good luck on getting some relief!. If it continues better see your Doctor for a good check up!. You are probably just all bruised up and the hot baths will make a world of difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Pills!. try Vicodin, Norcos, or Somas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
painkillers and a warm bath with some soothing bubble bath
